You can now view a list of your customers’ purchased items in BookingBug by viewing your customers’ details. You will be able to see the item booked, the date and time booked for, the duration of the service/event, and the price paid.
You can see a list of the customers’ purchased items by following these steps:
Log in to BookingBug.
Click Customers along the top menu bar.
When the Customers page loads, click view alongside any customer.
In the left-hand column, click Purchase History to view the details of what they have booked.
