Make the Postcode / ZIP Code a Required Field

If you run a business where the postcode / ZIP code is must-have information, we’ve made that a lot easier for you.

Log in to BookingBug and go to AccountSettingsBooking*Settings*.

New Postcode / ZIP code field in Booking Settings

We now have a field called Postcode / ZIP Code. Click change and you’ll be able to select from the following:

  • Optional Postcode / ZIP code
  • No Postcode / Zip code
  • Postcode / ZIP code required

After you have made your selection, click save.

If you’ve chosen Postcode / ZIP code required, your clients will not be able to proceed in the booking form until they have entered the required information.
