A resource is a physical item that your customers can book. This could be a room, vehicle, tennis court, piece of equiptment or sports pitch.
Staff refers to team members that are bookable or are needed to support a booking. For example, a personal trainer, hair stylist or dentist.
Service referes to your business's offerings that are bookable. This could be treatments, classes, courses, tours, holidays, lessons etc.
An attendee is anyone booked into a session with your business - please note that this limit applies only to businesses running classes, courses or events.

A dedicated member of our support team will set up your BookingBug account to the exact requirements of your business. For a small one-off fee this service allows you to focus on running your business while we set the booking system up to your needs. Our concierge set up is provided free for all businesses that subscribe to our Medium account.
