  • Q) Can BookingBug sync with my existing Google calendar or Outlook calendar?
    A) Yes, BookingBug is designed to be your primary calendar for running your business, however, as we know that you might have existing appointments or your own personal calendar you can sync the two. You can export your bookings from your BookingBug calendar into yourGoogle calendar, Outlook calendar or Apple Mail. You can also overlay your personal Google calendar and Apple Mail directly into your BookingBug calendar.
  • Q) Is BookingBug secure?
    A) Yes, BookingBug takes the data security of our customers and our customers' customers very seriously. We support full SSL encryption and are PCI compliant.
  • Q) Does BookingBug take a percentage any of my bookings taken?
    A) No. BookingBug's plans operate with a simple monthly fee as per our price plans. We don't take a cut of your revenue, there's no 'installation' fee, or contract and you can cancel any time you wish.
