We’re pleased to announce we have integrated with Twilio, specialists in advanced pay-as-you-go telecoms technology. This means that from today you can register your business for its very own dedicated SMS number so that your clients will always know that updates and reminders are coming from you. You can also enable replies so your clients can respond directly back to you with questions or queries they have. You’ll be informed of all responses by email notification and can then choose to reply by phone, email or text.
