We’re pleased to announce we are now a fully fledged add-on partner of excellent web-based accounting platform Xero.
Xero is simple to use online accounting, reconciliation and invoicing software for businesses of all sizes. As well as traditional accounting functionality, it also offers a range of other add-on tools for users including payroll management, CRM, inventory, ecommerce and much more – and now that list includes online booking and scheduling with BookingBug.
This integration with Xero means you can now import your BookingBug sales as accounts receivable invoices within the Xero dashboard. You can also automatically import bookings and customer info into Xero in real time and invoices are intelligently matched to existing customer records, with new customer records created on the fly. The system also reconciles payments from Xero’s PayPal Importer and Bank Feeds with your company’s invoices. It also supports multiple currencies, supports GST, VAT and Sales Tax (including US State taxes) and works with discount vouchers and coupons.
BookingBug users can benefit from a free 30 day trial of Xero by signing in to your account and going to account > add ons > accounting and click on the configure button.
